Madhya Pradesh Scanty rainfall in 40 districts puts Madhya Pradesh BJP in a tizzy.   Alarmed over deficient rainfall in the state, BJP has asked the government to conduct a survey of affected districts and take early action to save farmers from the impending drought-like situation.
