MADHYA PRADESH   MP to enact law for death sentence for rape of girls below 12 years   The Madhya Pradesh government on Sunday cleared a proposal to enact a law for awarding death sentence to those guilty of raping girls aged 12 or below in the state. MADHYA PRADESH   Cabinet clears expansion of college hostel scheme   The Cabinet approved extension of the College Hostel Scheme of Tribal Affairs Department for coming three years at the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.   Under the scheme, 84 boys hostels and 68 girls hostels total 152 post-metric hostels are being transformed into college hostels to make residential facility available for students studying in the colleges.
