MADHYA PRADESH   Covid-19 Anukampa Niyukti Yojana implemented in State   As per the announcement of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the State Government has implemented Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Anukampa Niyukti Yojana for all the regular/permanent workers/work-charged and contingent-paid/daily salaried/ad-hoc/contract/collector rate/outsourced/honorarium government employees/servants employed by it.   All regular/permanent workers/work-charged and contingent-paid/daily wage earners/ad-hoc/contract/personnel of the state working on collector rate whose salary/honorarium/remuneration is payable from the State’s Consolidated Fund. MADHYA PRADESH   Recovery rate scales 95% in State, says CM   Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that corona infection is now being controlled in the State. The number of those testing positive is steadily decreasing, but it is necessary to maintain caution right now. About 76 thousand tests were conducted yesterday, out of which only 1640 came positive and 4,995 people got healthy. The State’s recovery rate has increased to 95%. MADHYA PRADESH   Madhya Pradesh govt notifies compassionate job scheme for kin of deceased staff   The state government has implemented the Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Anukampa Niyukti Yojana (CM Covid-19 compassionate appointment scheme). Orders to this effect were issued here on Friday and the scheme will cover all employees— regular, permanent, work-charged and contingent-paid, daily wagers, ad-hoc, contract workers or those on honorarium. MADHYA PRADESH   2.26 lakh vaccination doses take Madhya Pradesh’s tally past 1.04 crore   In all 2.26 lakh doses were administered during the day across Madhya Pradesh, according to the health department data. Most doses were administered in Indore where 34,376 people were inoculated. In Bhopal, 19,533 got the jab, followed by Jabalpur (15,989), Gwalior (10,466) and Ujjain which reported 9,366 people getting administered the vaccine to protect against Covid-19. Around 1,04,06,711 doses have been administered in MP, since vaccination began on January 16. 17,71,997 have received both the doses of the vaccine.

MADHYA PRADESH 6 heritage sites on tentative Unesco list including Satpura tiger reserve of MP.   Six cultural heritage sites from India, including Varanasi’s ghats along the Ganges, Kanchipuram Temple in Tamil Nadu and Satpura Tiger Reserve in MP, have been added to Unesco’s tentative list of world heritage sites, Union culture minister Prahlad Singh Patel said.   Of the nine entries sent to Unesco by the Archaeological Survey of India, six have been accepted for inclusion in the tentative list, a mandatory requirement before a site is finally nominated, Patel said.
