  • Discipline state fiscally
  • Best suited to deal with the pressures of globalisation
  • Harmonisation of laws and policies
  • Quashing of archaic laws and executive directions
  • Adoption of best practices.

 

Negatives:

  • Can foster unequal competition
  • Concept more applicable to countries like USA.
