Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Bhopal for a day on November 15, 2021. Modi, will launch several tribal development and welfare programs during the Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas celebration on the occasion of birth anniversary of Amar Shaheed Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

The Prime Minister will also dedicate the newly developed (on PPP model) Rani Kamlapati RAILWAY Station. Honorable Governor of Madhya Pradesh and Chief Minister Shivraj singh Chouhan along with several ministers, state ministers, member of parliaments, also be present during the event.

He will launch the ‘Ration- Aapke Gram’ scheme by handing over the keys of the ration vehicle. The scheme provides PDS Ration to Janjatiya community at village level. A short film on the scheme ‘Ration- Aapke Gram’ will be screened.

Ayushman Bharat-Digital Mission

Under the Ayushman Bharat-Digital Mission, the Union Health Ministry has begun digital registration of all medical facilities and all doctors in order to digitise health records.

Highlights:

Government hospitals have been asked to purchase Hospital Information Management System Software as part of this endeavour.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission on September 27, 2021.

Every Indian would be given a unique health ID that will also function as a health account, allowing personal health records to be linked.

The mission’s goal is to create interoperability throughout the digital health ecosystem, similar to how the Unified Payments Interface revolutionised payments.

India Technopreneurship Series

The pioneering Technopreneurship Series will be co-hosted by Kerala Start-up Mission and Cisco LaunchPad Accelerator Program (CLAP).

Highlights:

Kerala will host the India Technopreneurship Series for innovators and start-ups.

It will begin on November 15th and end on November 19th.

This effort will serve as a platform for innovation and collaboration, allowing emerging businesses to address modern-day concerns.

It includes a series of workshops on business and technology topics that will be useful in offering corporate and institutional support to young entrepreneurs.

This project was established in Kerala at a time when the state is working to revitalize its startup ecosystem by assisting budding entrepreneurs in gaining more awareness for their ideas.

Production-Linked Incentive Scheme

Under the production-linked incentive (PLI) plan for automobiles, the Union Government introduced more than 100 modern technologies.

Highlights:

For safety, the programme will now include Bharat Stage VI compliant flex-fuel engines, advanced driver assists systems, e-quadricycles, and electronic control units (ECU).

Previously, the government had only included two-wheelers and four-wheelers in the PLI scheme.

PLI Scheme For Automobiles

In September 2021, the authorised a PLI scheme for autos with a budget of Rs 25,938 crore.

This programme intends to encourage the auto Industry to invest in high-value advanced automotive technology vehicles and goods such as adaptive front lighting, sunroofs, tyre pressure monitoring systems, automatic braking, and collision warning systems.

Parliament Friendship Association – India And Srilanka

Minister Chamal Rajapaksa has been elected president of the “Parliamentary Friendship Association” between India and Sri Lanka.

Highlights:

After resolving to buy fertilizer from India on November 11, 2021, Sri Lanka founded the India-Sri Lanka Parliamentary Friendship Group.

To boost bilateral relations, the recommended forming a Parliamentary Friendship Group with friendly nations.

It is being resurrected for the upcoming Parliament, which will be elected in August 2020.

Sri Lankan Foreign Minister G.L. Peiris spoke at the resurrection ceremony about the “strong civilizational links” between India and Sri Lanka.

He stated that Buddhism was India’s greatest gift to Sri Lanka.

This PARTNERSHIP will aid in “revitalizing” parliamentary exchanges and bolstering bilateral connections between the two countries.

Climate Change Performance Index

The German watch released the “<a href="https://exam.pscnotes.com/Climate-change”>Climate Change Performance Index 2022″ in PARTNERSHIP with Climate Action Network (CAN) and New Climate Institute.

On the sidelines of COP26, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, a report was released (UNFCCC).

According to the CCPI 2022, major emitting economies that announced their Net Zero-emission ambitions performed poorly in terms of climate change performance in 2021.

India remained ranked 10th in the index. India has maintained its position as one of the G20‘s top performers.

The CCPI is an impartial monitoring tool that has taken the lead in delivering information on the Paris Agreement’s implementation phase.

Since 2005, it has analyzed the performance of countries in terms of climate protection.
The index assesses 60 countries and the European Union, which account for around 90% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

It divides countries into four categories, each with 14 indicators.
